By enabling standard menu customization, NOVUS-Ai promises to make dining out, delivery, take-away, and meal kit home cooking a truly individualized experience, catering to every customer's unique budget, lifestyle, dietary needs, and portion and ingredient preferences.
Additionally, customers have the option to customize and save their menus and create their own personal cloud-based menus from which to place orders.
ARECO is the parent company of NOVUS.Ai Pte Ltd, a privately-owned Singapore start-up that holds the patent license rights for the patent referred to as System and Methods for Implementing a Centralized Customizable Operating Solution (CCOS) on which NOVUS-Ai is based.
Patent Family:
Patent No. US 10,949,935 for the U.S.A, and Patent No. 11201909131X for Singapore. The Patent for the European Union including the United Kingdom with Patent Application No: 18805234.4 (EP-3635519-A2) is pending. The patent sets the foundation for patent protected expansion across states and countries, providing a unique customer experience.

The Business Model
NOVUS-Ai is a cloud-based services and e-document platform that caters to Business Subscribers, their Product Suppliers and Service Providers, Third-Party Businesses, and Member Customers, the latter being by far the largest segment.
For example, if a restaurant operates 313 days a year (365-52=313) and has 47 seats with an average seat turnover of 1.8 per day per seat, it would result in approximately 26,480 seat turnovers annually. Reducing the aforementioned annual seat turnovers by 70% (e.g., 7,944), and applying this to the current 890,000 restaurants in the USA alone, the total annual seat turnovers would exceed 7 trillion. Assuming one visit per week (52 times per year), this would equate to about 135 million customers. This presents significant marketing, business potential, and opportunities for brand recognition expansion.
Member customers are not restricted to using their loyalty points (gratuity points) exclusively at the businesses where they were earned but are free to accumulate and redeem their loyalty points (gratuity points) at any participating businesses linked to NOVUS-Ai.

Customizable Personal and Corporate Cloud-based Accounts and Menus
NOVUS-Ai provides private and corporate cloud-based member accounts with personal and corporate menus linked to a multitude of participating businesses (e.g., restaurants). It allows members to:

Customize standard menu items in line with personal lifestyles, portions, dietary, nutrition, budget, and food allergy requirements;

Save and organize standard and customized menu items in personal cloud-based menus, and collaborate with other members to create special dietary menu items; and

Place orders from said cloud-based menus for dine-in, delivery, take away, or as meal kits with professionally prepared and portioned ingredients for home cooking.

Concept Creators and Management
Mr. Juergen Nitzschke, born in Berlin, Germany, with a background in Architecture, has worked for more than 45 years on projects in Germany, France, Switzerland, the Middle East, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Projects include residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects.
Madam Mau Lan (Cindy Wong), born in Singapore, has a background in real estate and works in the exclusive private and commercial real estate sector. Married for over 23 years, both merged their individual careers under ARECO in 2000, and have continued building their business steadily over the last 23 years.
With an appreciation for sustainable living and eating healthy, the seed for NOVUS-Ai was planted in 2014. Hard work and the contribution of their own time and assets resulted in the patented invention of the CCOS, which both believe will transform the dining culture, making personalized menu items at restaurants the norm, not the exception.
