PHASE 1

PHASE 1 - Contribution and Gratuity Income

The Discounted Crowdfunding Pricing will apply for all new registered accounts during PHASE 1.

With the crowdfunding contribution of S$100,- all Founding Contributors will be able to secure their single Main Account at 30% discount; and reserve their discounted deferred payable Sub-Accounts. These Sub-Accounts are activated and payment for them becomes due when we launch our online operations in PHASE 2.

This special deferred payment arrangement provides all Founding Contributors time to earn more than enough income to off-set said payment See Example 1.

During this phase, all Gratuities will derive from the direct downline referrals and their discounted payment of S$ 100.-.

In addition, Founding Contributors also earn an additional retroactive bonus of S$20.00 for every block of 10 successful referrals and subsequent renewals.

PHASE 2 - Standard Subscription and Gratuities

The Standard Pricing will apply and become due and payable during the subscription process starting from PHASE 2 .

The applicable direct downline referral, renewal and bonus gratuities during PHASE 2 and beyond will be based on the prevailing Total Standard Annual Subscription Pricing as illustrated in the example. See Example 2

Founding Contributors will continue to earn an additional retroactive bonus of S$20.00 for every block of 10 successful referrals and subsequent renewals.

Note 1: You can request conversion and transfer to your personal bank account when your accumulated Gratuity Points have reached 300 points. Standard Wire Transfer Charges shall apply.

Note 2: For Children below the age of 6, and from the forth child onward Children Sub-Accounts are free.

Note 3: Discounts granted during this phase will also apply for renewals during PHASE 2 and thereafter.

Our Super Perk is an voluntary concept to reward our Founding Contributors with Long-term Passive Income Rewards in addition to the aforementioned referral, renewal, and bonus gratuities.

Starting from PHASE 2, NOVUS-Ai will collect the same 15% Referral and 15% Renewal Gratuities from ALL Non-referred NOVUS-Ai Subscribers (e.g., walk-in's and online sign-ups), and distribute 100% of these collected moneys quarterly through a performance based equitable allocation to our Founding Contributors.

Notably, active Founding Contributors who maintain more than 20 Referrals/Renewals in their account have a higher ranking.

This Super Perk will continuously allocated provided always a Founding Contributor payments due and payable are up to date without any dispute or controversy.
